Every effort is made to be on time for your appointment and it is asked that you give the same courtesy of making us aware if you are unable to keep your appt. This time can be reallocated to another pt who is in need of treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you. This cancellation policy allows patients to have access to timely care.
- Contact office at least 24 hrs in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appt
- If you do not cancel your appt 24 hrs in advance you will be charged the full fee for that appt
- Although reminders are sent, it is asked that you realize this is a courtesy only and does not excuse your missed appt
